You will need to log in to your membership record to upload a photo to use on your membership card.

Once you have logged in, go to My Details and click View/Edit. This open your details page and if you want to make changes, click Edit at the bottom of the screen.
Where you see the placeholder for Photo you will see either, Add Photo or Change Photo depending on whether you have previously added a photo or not. Either way, click that button and you will be taken to the upload photo page.
At the bottom of the screen you will see a series of buttons as shown. If your device has a camera, you can click the camera icon to take a photo. Or you can Select Photo from your device. The photo image being selected will appear in the window above the buttons and you can use the cropping tool to refine the image. Please aim for a portrait photo akin to a passport photo, but you are allowed to smile. Just try to be looking at the camera, and not wearing anything that obscures your face like a scarf or dark glasses. If your photo appears in landscape you can use the rotate arrow button to flip it round. Once you are happy with the image, click Use Photo.
Return to the MyDetails page and click Save to keep your changes.
Once saved your membership card will appear as an option on your Details menu. Click on View Card to see an image of your card. If you click on View PDF, you will see the PDF file view. From there you can save it or print it.
Alternatively, you can use the shortcut menu that appears when you click the drop down arrow next to your name (top right of screen). From there you can download your card PDF file.

To help PACS keep overheads down, we ask you to print your own card. Please use colour, and print to a decent weight card stock. Your membership renews annually and your new card will expire at the end of your membership year. Alternatively if you have a smartphone, you can store the PDF image on your device so that it can be accessed quickly if you are asked to show it. There are several ways you can do this:-
– add it to your camera roll with a screen capture. This is quick to do, but if like many you have hundreds of photos on your phone, putting it there is not necessarily going to help you find it quickly.
– add it to a folder. Creating a folder and saving it there means you can reduce the amount of time it takes to find it again.
– add it to a folder and create a shortcut on your home screen. You will need to understand how to create shortcuts on your device. Such information is beyond the scope of a help page such as this, but there are numerous videos on YouTube that explain how to do it on whatever type of smartphone you have.
