1. Once payment is made your place is non-refundable unless there is a very exceptional circumstance. If we are able to find a reserve to take your place, we may refund your booking but charge a £5 administration fee.
2. Please note that after 14 days before a workshop, no reserves or refunds will be possible.
3. If you cannot attend and would like to hand your ‘ticket’ to another member (or to a non-member if you have paid the non-member price) then please let us know of this arrangement before the workshop takes place.
4. Refunds will be given if a workshop has to be cancelled. All payments are subject to the PayPal privacy policy. Your contact details will be held securely and only used by PACS to notify you of information regarding workshops.
5. Young people under 21 who are not members will receive their first year of membership FREE when they book a workshop and complete a member application form. They will also be entitled to reduced price workshops (select Junior from the drop-down menu when booking).
