We are committed to promoting arts and crafts in the Petersfield area. Our workshops, talks and demonstrations are open to everyone. Members are able to exhibit in the annual exhibition held on the August Bank Holiday weekend.
The PACS potters have existed as a group since 1994, providing its members with a mix of fellowship and learning opportunities by means of workshops and demonstrations. Visitors are welcome to these events.
As well as taking part in our main exhibition the potters have a group exhibition in the autumn. This year it opens on Saturday November 24th at 11am and is open until 4pm. It runs from Sunday 25th until Saturday December 2nd from 10am-4pm daily. Venue is the Physic Garden rooms just off the High Street, Petersfield.
‘This group of potters has existed since 1994, and provides its members with a mix of fellowship and learning opportunities, by means of workshops and demonstrations. We also warmly welcome any visitors to these events. Please see Petersfield Art & Crafts Society website for any information or telephone Neil Rampton (PACS Potters Chairman) 07710535012.
Every autumn we gather together to exhibit/sell some of our work, with the help of the PhysicGarden’s excellent facilities.
The variety of members’ skills is diverse, ranging from wheel thrown pieces to hand-built work and sculpture.’
Entry is free of charge and everyone is welcome to come and visit this exhibition of over 100 pieces (most work is for sale).
