Our annual exhibition takes place in August each year in the lovely setting of the Festival Hall in Petersfield. In order to take part you have to be a fully paid up member by the end of May.
ELECTRONIC ENTRY FORMS
This year we have gone over to electronic entry forms which members will now have received. This will help us to avoid mistakes which happen when transcribing from written entries and will also reduce the amount of time it takes for the exhibition committee to process the large number of entries which we typically receive. If you do not use email at all you will receive your forms by post with the newsletter later in June.
Please download and save your entry form and duty rota form from your email (or from this page). Open your saved versions and fill out all of the required details – the forms are quite intuitive and there are guidlines to follow on the entry form itself. Simply save the entry form again once you have filled it and email to email@example.com . The same applies to the duty rota form (return address is on the form).
If you are struggling with filling out your electronic form please get in touch with the Exhibition Steering group via the contact page or speak to a committee member at the monthly meeting. We would very much like you to submit your form by email as this improves the processing of your entries but appreciate that some of you may find it difficult.
Please make sure you have noted the deadline date for sending in your forms.
Return of duty offers (previously known as the pink card) Friday 30 June 2017 5p.m. at the latest
Return of Entry form Sunday 30 July 2017 7p.m. at the latest
Handing-in Sunday 20 August 2017 10 am to 1.00 pm
Presentation of awards Tuesday 22 August 2017 6.30 p.m.
Preview evening Note change of day 7.00 pm to 9.30pm
Handing-out Tuesday 29 August 2017 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
